  • Aerobic training to develop your endurance and work your cardiovascular system.
  • Interval training by doing things such as sprinting and jumping rope.
  • Agility training. - work with jump ropes and punching bags.
  • Work with sparring partners.
  • Weight training to develop your strength. You’ll be focusing on your core muscle strength by working your abdominal muscles and other core muscles.
  • Flexibility training - doing yoga stretches.

Mixed martial arts training, is dynamic and exciting. It is always changing. No longer will you be morose about heading to the gym to do the same workout again and again.
