<p>We had a special guest from California, Jamie Yager, from this season of The Ultimate Fighter. He is really good friends with teammate Kris &#8220;Savage&#8221; McCray and came down to visit for a few days.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t forget if you didn&#8217;t get tickets for this Saturdays UWC&#8230; GO GET EM NOW!!! Gonna be a good card with some Team Lloyd Irvin fighters.</p>

&#8220;Naww you don&#8217;t need to get up to work out! You can work out after you get everything done today. Just sleep in because you&#8217;ll workout harder if you get enough sleep. The pillows feel soooo goooood!&#8221;<br />
The other guy says&#8230;<br />
&#8220;You were telling yourself ALL WEEK that you were gonna wake up and go workout. Get out of bed and go straight to the bathroom. Wash your face with super duper cold water and you&#8217;ll wake up. Go Now! Come on Bud&#8230; You can do it! Don&#8217;t listen to the other guy on your other shoulder!&#8221;</p>
<p>HAHAH We all have this problem&#8230; Now! The solution is&#8230; You need a 3rd person to tell you what to do. And it has to be Yourself!<br />
Now YOU have to tell yourself&#8230;<br />
&#8220;WAKE UP YOU LAZY BUM! GET OUT NOW! DONT THINK ABOUT IT! GET IN YOUR CAR AND GO WORK OUT! GO GO GO GO GO!&#8221;</p>

Man it is truly amazing how tired you can get from body weight workouts! We didn&#8217;t do ANY type of weight lifting today for our Tuesday lower body workout. But HEY! Its definitely part of <a title="Team Lloyd Irvin.. Team of the Decade" href="http://www.lloydirvinlive.com" target="_blank">Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Training</a> &amp; <a title="Mixed Martial Arts Training" href="http://www.lloydirvinlive.com" target="_blank">Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Training</a>.</p>
<p>It was a smaller group today because the <a title="Team Lloyd Irvin MMA Fighters" href="http://www.lloydirvinlive.com" target="_blank">MMA Fighters</a> and <a title="Team Lloyd Irvin Brazilian Jiu Jitsu" href="http://www.lloydirvinlive.com" target="_blank">BJJ Competition Team</a> have this week off because of competitions right around the corner. A rest Phase!</p>
<p>BUT!!!! This week was supposed to be a &#8220;rest&#8221; week and he put us through hell! It is an honor and privilege to work with D&#8217;Angelo. My strength, muscle endurance, and mental toughness has improved tremendously&#8230; but when he says the workout will be a &#8220;light&#8221; workout&#8230; DONT BELIEVE HIM! hahah..</p>

<p>We did turn it down to 5 minutes, but turned up the INTENSITY by 5000! It was great work! My legs are like jelly! No Pain No Gain!</p>
