SPYCAMMERS! The workouts are not getting any easier. Like what our Strength & Conditioning coach says, (D’Angelo Kinard) “Your Workout is Our Warmup!” He definitely wasn’t kidding. You might break a sweat watching them workout. If anything you may even put on some muscle!
A lot of core workouts, muscle endurance workouts, mental toughness and discipline, and learning how to breathe during a high stress workout. 6-10minute matches will be wayyy too short to get us tired!
