Week 2 Starts! Pan Ams Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Training Camp

Hope You All Had A Great Weekend SPYCAMMERS!

Its Monday, week 2, of the Team Lloyd Irvin Pan Ams Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Training Camp. This morning at 11AM was the competition team’s Strength & Conditioning with D’Angelo! You could tell it was good work, because everyone was quiet saving every breath to recover. lol 4:30pm-5:30pm drilling sessions are always great. Team Lloyd Irvin will be hitting the moves we’ve been drilling.
We will be finishing off the night strong with our 8:30PM Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Advance Class.

For those who didn’t get the message from Master Lloyd, if you’re a Blue belt or higher you are welcome to train with us for free at our Camp Springs location with JT Torres, Mike Fowler, and many more.

CONGRATULATIONS to Dominick “Dominator” Cruz for his win this past Saturday in Ohio! He fought against FORMER WEC Bantamweight Champion Brian Bowles and Dominated him from the beginning till the end of the fight. (Brian Bowles couldn’t continue to the 3rd round)
