Squats, Deadlifts, Kettle Bell Swings! Lower Body Workout MADNESS

Another great day of training here at Lloyd Irvin’s Mixed Martial Arts Academy. Strength & Conditioning Coach D’ Angelo Kinard never fails when it comes to pushing. For today’s  workout, Tuesday, it was all lower body workouts. He had us work a circuit series of deadlifts, squats, swings, hip thrusters, and a whole lot more.

It was an awesome day of training!
