Here is the Drill…
From the Butterfly Guard
Get your butterfly guard position with double under hooks. Lock up your hands and rock back and forth lifting your partner backwards working on your leg muscles and opponent control. You keep doing this for 20 seconds and when your 20 seconds are done you butterfly sweep your partner to mount and he will use the proper technique to escape and get to his butterfly guard position and continue on with the drill.
After a good amount of rounds in with that, Master Lloyd broke down a few scenarios with the butterfly guard position and showed us a bunch of counters and set ups to finish the butterfly sweep!
