Lloyd Irvin’s Super Woman Fitness Bootcamp does it again! The Women are super motivated and energized before every workout session. Their circuit consisted calisthenics, isometrics, and a plyometrics! A bunch of different exercises to help them reach their individual goals. They work as a Team to accomplish great things! Keep up the awesome work ladies!
Womens Gym Workout|Exercise Types
Definitions:
Calisthenics: are a form of dynamic exercise consisting of a variety of simple, often rhythmical, movements, generally using minimal equipment or apparatus
Isometrics: are a type of strength training in which the joint angle and muscle length do not change during contraction.
Plyometrics: is a type of exercise training designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving performance in sports.
