Its MONDAYYYYY!!!!

Its a beautiful day to start the week off! For a few the week started on Sunday with some good ol BJJ Competition Training in Woodbridge Virginia. Crazy88 Baltimore and Team Lloyd Irvin Mixed Martial Arts Academy Camp Springs took a stroll down to Virginia to work out with their competition team.
