Our SpyCam caught a huge, jam packed, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Advance Class with awesome rolls.
(FYI, rolling means: Grapping, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Sparring)

The good thing about Team Lloyd Irvin is we always have good sized classes. Just enough people to get great one on one instruction from our world class instructors. And for our advance sparring classes, enough people with different styles to work with. Not only do you work with people and their different styles, you work with men and women who are at the high level. You get to see the techniques taught at Team Lloyd Irvin work in class and in competition.
