NO MORE SNOW! Back to the Academy! 2010 Here We Come!

“Its a Great Day at the Lloyd Irvin’s Mixed Martial Arts Academy!”

The Snow has finally stopped! The roads are drivable (in some areas)! And Team Lloyd Irvin’s Competition Team is back on it at the Academy!

We had our usual strength & conditioning Thursday with Coach D’Angelo. The workouts are awesome. I see and feel the results from the circuits. We finished the day off with some 6:30 PM Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! I LOVE IT! It was soothing to get the “SPECIAL TRAINING” text, Im sure I wasn’t the only one stoked to go train and get out of the house! lol… 6 days at home is a long time!

All the “core” guys and gals were there today at 6:30. We had DJ, JC, Tim, Ron, and Mike working on the final prep stages for their upcoming MMA fights next week. The BJJ Champs were getting some mat time and sparring for upcoming big tournaments like Pan Ams and the World Championships coming up this summer!

Team Lloyd Irvin here ready to make some noise 2010!
