Snow or No Snow. Gym or No Gym. Time to get some Work In!

Due to weather conditions in the Maryland, DC, Virginia area we are not able to drive to the Academy to get some workouts in.

Why don’t we just get some work in at home?

Answer: -EXACTLY! lol

February 20th is right around the corner for DJ Jackson, JC Cuffee, Ron “Chior Boy” Stallings, Timothy Woods, and Mike “The Hulk” Easton to rip it up in Tennessee at the Gameness Fighting Championships.
