Tonight Master Lloyd changed up the Advance BJJ Combat Gold class up. After drilling sweep for sweep, he chose two team captains and had two separate teams. Here are rules…
RULES:
-2min rounds
-a Win = 1point
-a Submission = 4points
I had so much fun! Not only did it bring the “KID” out of everyone.. hahah.. it helps the competitors listen for instruction from their coaches with all the yelling on, you feel the nerves of competition, and the Team Spirit!

We do team superfights at our gym too, everyone gets CRAZY!…I usually get the most comments about how fun class was after team matches!
