After awesome training in Vegas for The Ultimate Fighter Finale, Phil “Mr. Wonderful” Davis shows the world his dancing shirt.. LOL

Like Pere said, Proper Preparation! As a fighter you shouldn’t limit yourself to certain arts. Every martial art has a purpose! Come on, if its been around for Generations it has to be working! It may not work with Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) but there must be things in the art that you can add to your game that will work in different positions.

Approach training with an open mind… Yoga, kung fu, Fencing, and a whole lot of other stuff.
