Today was an AWESOME!
For those of you that don’t know, the Mendes Bros will be teaching 3 times a day for a week at Team Lloyd Irvin’s Mixed Martial Arts Academy in Camp Springs MD. Day 1 just finished and Holy Moly I learned SOOOOOO MUCHHHHHHH!!! I train with a bunch of World Class guys, but its real nice to see a different game.
They were showing passes that I’ve seen before… BUT! The different details that makes it work in their game is amazing! Day 1 and Im filling up my notebook!
By the way… CONGRATULATIONS to my fellow teammates DJ Jackson and Tracey Goodell on their New BELTS!! AYYYYYYYY!!
DJ Jackson is now Team Lloyd Irvin’s new Purple Belt!
Tracey Goodell is now a Brown Belt! Its crazy how a month ago she was a blue belt! WOW! (if you dont know she was promoted to rank of purple belt 2 weeks before the 2010 Mundials and she submitted 8 out of her 9 opponents winning double gold in her division and the absolute!)
