WOMEN ONLY!!! Kyra Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminar!

This upcoming weekend Team Lloyd Irvin Camp Springs will be hosting a Womens Only Kyra Gracie BJJ Seminar. The seminar is open to all you ladies! (pshhh you all are super lucky! haha) If you’re a lady that has been doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) for a few weeks to a couple of years it would be awesome.

If you’re not sure who Kyra Gracie is… She is a multiple time BJJ World Champion. (Very rare to have that title) I had to privilege to see her in action at the 2010 Mundials. Shes a BJJ phenom!
