Get ready for the WKA (World Kickboxing Association) Nationals in Hampton VA on June 19th, 2010! Team Lloyd Irvin has 9 Combatants, including 2009 WKA World Champion Aisha Thomas, ready to rock n roll for this years 2010 WKA Nationals Tournament.

When I checked out the competition team in the Combat Room they were all WORKING! 6 rounds of warming up, 10 rounds of sparring, 30min of neck pummeling, 15min of jump roping, 200 crunches, and 40 medicine ball slams (its like taking 40 GUT BUSTERS! lol)

I cannot wait for next weekend! Ready to rip it up! GO TEAM LLOYD IRVIN!
