Hope Everyone had a great weekend. Team Lloyd Irvin’s Competition Team had awesome training this weekend. On Saturday we had our 6am workout then 11:30am BJJ competition team training at Crazy88 BJJ in the Baltimore MD area. A whole lot of good rolls and great energy on the mats.
On Sunday the Team made a trip to Woodbridge VA to Premier Fight Center with head instructor, world class BJJ Black Belt, Leo Dalla. Master Dalla put the team through awesome scenario drills then ended the 2 hour training session with some live matches in preparation for the Mundials coming up in 3 weeks.
