Team Lloyd Irvin’s Jason Farrell payed the Camp Springs Maryland Academy a visit to get some footage of the Strength & Conditioning Class. The intensity and energy is always positive in the Combat Athlete Room… and you can really feel it with the highlight reel he put together!
