SpyCam Dude Gets Punched in the Face! Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Sparring.

It is another Great Day here at Lloyd Irvins Mixed Martial Arts Academy in Camp Springs Maryland! We’re ending the week with some awesome Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Sparring. Ron Stallings, Kris McCray, Mike Easton, Kru Jose Villarisco, and I were all in the back for the 4:30 sparring training session. And YES I did get punched in the face a lot of times… lol but hey! No pain… No gain right?!?

It is always a privilege working with world class training partners everyday. You’ll get better and better everyday! That is one of the reasons why I moved here to Maryland to train with Master Lloyd & Team Lloyd Irvin. You are always surrounded by high level athletes with positive mind sets and great work ethic.
