What is up EVERYONE?!?! I hope everyone enjoyed their Friday Nights and most especially their Saturday Mornings SLEEPING! lol…
With the MMA Fight camp going on, the schedule has changed up a little bit with training. Strength & Conditioning has changed to Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. 11am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 6am on Saturday. Our Saturday workout was actually not bad at all. A whole lot of energy on the mats, everyone seemed to be all rested up for the workout session. The hardest part was to go back to sleep after that workout! I WAS WIDE AWAKE IN BED as soon as I got home! hahah… We definitely jump started our metabolisms for the day!
Anywhoo…
I was watching the video and I noticed how the video went from one extreme to the next… Sleep then SUPER DUPER HARD WORKOUT! (it amazes me because I move so slow in the morning)
Enjoy the video… and you should try waking up earlier than your usual time and get a workout. It will definitely jump start your day.
