Its another Great Day at Team Lloyd Irvin. JC Cuffee, Mike “The Hulk” Easton, Justin Hicky, and I did some MMA Ground and Pound work. Its amazing how Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Submission Wrestling, and MMA ground sparring are all different and similar at the same time. Super hard to explain! hahah..
