Hello Hello! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day today. Todays 11:30am class was good. A lot of drilling for the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) competition team for our upcoming tournaments.
New York Open, Brazilian Nationals, and the Mundials.
On the other side of the mat the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighters were drilling some SICKKK positional ground and pound with Master Lloyd. We all had to see what was going on there!
Master Lloyd ended the class with some grappling. It almost seemed like it was the No Gi guys vs. the Gi guys!
