Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend! Before the weekend hit we were doing an awesome guard passing & guard pulling drill.
Imagine this!
You’re in your finals match. 30 seconds left and you’re down 2 points. Your opponent pulls guard! He wants to lock you up in the guard and run the rest of the time out for the Gold!

I had a lot of fun doing this drill… I was upset I owed 50 pushups by the end of the training session.
